Terms of use

ResFlow provides an explainable resume-building and ATS-style job-alignment workspace. Features may change as the service develops, and availability is not guaranteed.

• ResFlow does not reproduce every employer’s ATS configuration.
• The Resume Readiness score evaluates general machine readability, completeness, searchability, and evidence without requiring a job description.
• The job-specific ResFlow score is a product-specific Role Alignment Index, not a universal ATS score.
• Results do not predict interviews, offers, employment eligibility, or hiring decisions.
• Employers and recruiters remain responsible for their own decisions and legal obligations.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of information you enter or export. You must review every generated suggestion and must not use ResFlow to fabricate qualifications, metrics, employment, credentials, licenses, or other claims.

You represent that you have the right to process the resume, job description, and other content you submit.

You may not:

• Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass access controls or rate limits.
• Upload malware, hidden instructions, unlawful material, or another person’s sensitive information without authorization.
• Use the service to discriminate, make automated employment decisions, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law.
• Resell or systematically extract the service without permission.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates your account and provides the basic profile information you approve. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Automated extraction, analysis, and generated suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed. When you upload a resume for AI-assisted extraction or request another external AI feature, you instruct ResFlow to send the extracted resume text or structured resume contents, and relevant job information when applicable, to OpenRouter and the model provider it selects for processing. If PDF text cannot be verified, ResFlow may send the original PDF transiently through OpenRouter's document-processing service for OCR and structured extraction. ResFlow does not retain the original upload. This processing is also subject to OpenRouter's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable model-provider terms identified by OpenRouter.

You must not submit content to an AI feature unless you have the right to provide it for third-party processing. ResFlow may limit, suspend, replace, or disable an external provider. In production, an unavailable AI provider pauses import or matching and offers a retry instead of silently substituting a different analysis.

You retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant ResFlow the limited permission needed to process that content and return the requested analysis or export. ResFlow’s software, interface, branding, and original product content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Free accounts can keep one active resume. Pro is a monthly subscription that can keep up to five active resumes. The price and renewal cadence shown in Stripe Checkout are the terms presented for your purchase.

Paid subscriptions use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record, processes payment details, calculates and handles covered indirect taxes, manages transaction-related support, and manages renewals. Your checkout, receipt, invoice, and card statement may identify Stripe or Link as the seller or payment descriptor alongside ResFlow.

You can update your payment method or cancel through the Billing page or the order-management experience Stripe provides. A cancellation takes effect according to the date shown there; deleting a ResFlow account does not replace canceling an active Stripe subscription.

ResFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” It is not legal, immigration, recruiting, career, or employment advice. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular employer or purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, the project operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service. These terms may be updated as ResFlow adds billing, new providers, or other features. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
